Cavan Forest neighbors the city and is filled with bug, grass, flying, and normal type Pokemon that are ripe for the picking. Careful though, the forest is quite dense and tends to be hard to explore.

Sabine Harbor is strictly overseen by the Overlord's. They want to know everyone that comes in and out of their region by sea, so the luxury ships very rarely dock here due to the aggressive and hostile nature they show to newcomers. If you happen to call Heliconia home, the harbor is a great place to catch Pokemon, and who knows, you might even see the Gyarados that wanders these parts.
Route 473 «
Route 473 takes you from Heliconia City to Bolei Town. Along the way you'll see a lot of Ground and Rock type Pokemon that make this barren terrain their home.

Board Description
Heliconia City
Heliconia hosts the Overlord's Headquarters. This is where all there plans are made to overtake the regions and put themselves in power. It's the largest city in Insui, and with the Harbor here they keep track of everyone who comes and goes by water. Their building is a huge tower that overlooks the entire city, the smaller shops and homes surrounding it.
