Cashel Lake isn't the kind of lake you'd find just anywhere. It's a natural pool of water found deep into the cave where several Pokemon have been known to gravitate to. It's said to have 'healing' properties, but there isn't proof to such claims.

Kilkee City
Kilkee City is nothing more than a cave. A huge cave that people have decided to call home; Kilkee runs on electricity that is produced by the electric Pokemon who were there before the Overlord's. If you go farther into the cave there's several wild electric Pokemon that can be caught.
