Hello!
I shall be the first to post on this introductory board (even though it's been a few days already)~ My name is Larky. I don't bite I steal souls, and I am here because I wanted an active place to tide over my desire to roleplay for a while. I don't quite recall if I was a member here before, but if I were, it was in the pre-prehistoric ages when this site just kicked off or something and wasn't as professional as it is now and when I was a godawful roleplayer/internet-goer in general.
I love music and arts and video games; I hope to go into character/game design or something, freelance a little, and maybe kick off a Youtube career or something like that. Character design is super fun, because you're basically making a whole person that is completely their own, and they tend to take on a life of their own (other artists/writers will know this). Speaking of which, I also write quite a bit, and will hopefully have some books ready in the (near) future. Computers are cool, I want to learn coding at some point. Um. I suck at drawing humans, so bear with me and my awful character images, whenever those get uploaded. XD Sometime soon, I hope.
Reading is fun too. Battle Royale, the Abhorsen Trilogy, the Dragon Keeper trilogy, Tale of the Swamp, and Med Head are some of my favorites. Along with a bunch of webcomics (I like comics/manga. If you have suggestions I would love them)
So. I'm glad to be here. XD Fun fact, the reason I clicked on Erinuki's ad is because I had a nagging feeling that I'd seen it somewhere before. Dunno. Doesn't matter, though.
